Leading Nagaad Party into the 2025 elections with a vision for national unity and progress.

Dr. Abdi Farah Shirdon officially announced his candidacy for President of Somalia, outlining an ambitious platform focused on security, economic development, national reconciliation, and social welfare.

Speaking at a rally in Mogadishu, the former Prime Minister called for a new era of unity and progress.

"Somalia stands at a crossroads," Dr. Shirdon declared. "We can continue on the path of division and stagnation, or we can choose unity, cooperation, and shared prosperity. I am running for President because I believe in the second path — and I know that together, we can achieve it."
